Right to Education (RTE)

Right to Education (RTE) refers to the legal and fundamental right of children to receive free and compulsory education. In India, this is mandated by the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, commonly known as the RTE Act, 2009.

Ensure that every child gets a quality elementary education.

Promote social inclusion by providing equal opportunities.

Improve literacy rates and reduce dropout rates.
